CPD+ Workshop – Christmas is Over, and What Have You Done?
The turkey and the seafood coma are a distant memory, so too are the long days at the beach with family, but what about that nagging feeling that ‘this year will be different’, those thoughts are still definitely hanging around in the back of your mind…
But how are you going to make it different, and what have you done to make it happen? Common, it’s bloody March already!
If you’re feeling like you need some advice and direction on strategic planning and operations, business systems and development, budgets and cashflows, fee proposals and templates, and generally how to better position your business for success in 2025, then this workshop is a must.
The workshop will run in two parts:
The first half of the workshop will focus on the nitty-gritty of employment contracts and workplace law compliance with ArchiTeam’s Lawyers – Holding Redlich, as well as cashflow analysis and financial forecasting with Accountants – Rose Partners,
The second half of the workshop will pivot to practice management, strategic operations and business systems with Fiona Martin identifying some gems to set your practice up for sustainable growth
To finish, Duncan Redman from Dare to Dream Mentoring will lead an exercise to invigorate your business for 2025 with a business planning exercise that provides clarity about what’s possible for your business. After the seminar you’ll walk away with:
A ‘Quarterly Theme’ to focus the business and eliminate distractions so you power through to your goals and get more done in 90 days than most other business owners do in a year.
Identify the 3 Power Projects that will add income to the business — quickly and easily.
And the confidence that only comes when the business has a step-by-step action plan that leads directly to your vision.
All the knowledge from our speakers to make it happen.
